Easy AND healthy Shepherd's Pie

This is pretty much Trader Joe's recipe...Sauté ground turkey and add half an onion diced up. Add any seasonings u want (I used garlic salt, parsley, pepper) to the turkey. Add frozen or canned peas when it's close to browned. Layer on bottom of 9x9 casserole dish. Layer corn on top of turkey (u can use creamed to make kind of the gravy but I just used regular). Then put mashed potatoes on top of corn! Bake 25-30 min or until it starts browning at 400 degrees. I topped with a little shredded swiss cheese!
